• Framed – Each panel is individually framed in metal
• Semi-Frameless – The panels are individually framed in metal, but the door is frameless
• Frameless – None of the glass is individually framed. However, there must be metal to secure the panels in the form of slim u-channel or wall clips, and there is often a metal header to stabilize the unit.
