Elegant Glass-to-Wall Single Door

This very unique semi-circle shower has immaculate mosaic tile detail, enhanced by the 3/8” glass door with three elegant glass-to-wall hinges. The sill was pitched inward, thereby eliminating the need for a metal sill under the door. Note the upgraded polished brass spindle handle.

Glasstec GAP 70 Satin Nickel Single Shower Door

The GAP line of Glasstecs consists of the Century pivot hinge with a header atop the unit. This 3/8” glass door is from Century’s “Quickship” line, which reduces the price and lead time for units with openings that are plumb and level.

GW 70 Satin Nickel Single Glass-to-Wall Shower Door

This single door also comes from Century’s “Quickship” line. Proper backing must be in place behind the walls for these glass-to-wall (GW) hinges to be an option. Otherwise, the Century pivot hinge system is required.

Shower Door and Notched Panel

The homeowner built the outer edge of their bench seat into a knee wall to accentuate the quality tile work. We fitted the space with a 3/8” door and notched panel to accommodate their design decisions. Note the minimal reveal above the header, optimal for letting steam escape.

Framed Chrome Bypass Slider

Kiss those curtains goodbye with this affordable bypass sliding shower enclosure! This model from the Century Bathworks Lucette line is an inexpensive upgrade for any tub application—also available in full shower height.

Tub Height Frameless Bypass Slider – Satin Nickel

This frameless bypass sliding shower enclosure is quite fetching with its satin nickel finish and standard, tubular towel bars. Unlike framed enclosures, the individual glass panels are completely lacking in metal trim. This makes for a seamless, modern bathroom.

Frameless 1/2

This gorgeous frameless shower uses the CHMI glass-to-glass pivot hinge system to hinge off the stationary panel. It employs a wall clip instead of u-channel and is virtually as frameless as it gets. While all frameless showers stand out, these CHMI units have an extra special appeal.

CS 4 1/2

Not all sliding bypass shower enclosures are created equal! From the Century Bathworks Centec line, this is a full height unit atop a tub. Notice how the absence of towel bars and the addition of a crescent pull knob creates a seamless appearance. The square header is another custom, modern touch.

This His & Hers shower enclosure incorporates an end-to-end bench seat as well as an inset cubby to hold bath products. The satin nickel header really defines the arched opening on this unit and adds a point of distinction.

CTX 5 Chrome - Centec Bypass Tub Slider

This 3/8” tub slider has the look and feel of quality. It is a prime example of a slider being a better fit than a framed door and panel system when it comes to custom tiling. Less craftsmanship is hidden with these models.

G-CT Polished Nickel

Glasstec Heavy Brass Bypass Slider. This is the solid brass version of the Centec series. The polished nickel finish on the sturdy frame is an elegant complement to the marble around the undulating tub.

GAPW 1627 Chrome

“Disappearing” Shower Unit Observe the use of detail tile and how this door almost disappears. 3/8” mitered glass was used to achieve the unobtrusive seam where the door strikes the fixed panel.

Glasstec Door and Panel With Header This enclosure was designed symmetrically with a door and panel of equal sizes. The client selected the gold finish and upgraded to the Spindle handle. Frameless units like these are perfect when one has tile work or other details they want prominently displayed.

Centec Oil Rubbed Bronze Tub Slider The gorgeous oil rubbed bronze finish on this 3/8” Centec slider is growing in popularity with manufacturers of plumbing fixtures. The body spray goes hand in hand with the Diamon Fusion protective coating, which reduces maintenance to a simple rinse.

Centec Semi-Frameless Door and Panel This moderately priced semi-frameless (the door is not framed) Centec door and panel unit was installed on a molded fiberglass insert with a bench seat. The upgraded c-pull handle gives it a more contemporary look.

CTX 5 Gold

Centec Tall Tub Slider This 3/8” Centec slider was installed amidst an eclectic mix of materials. The vibrant, patterned tile and the custom, mirrored shelving are but two examples of how personal touches come to define a space. These sliders come in three standard heights to handle almost any application.

L-158 Gold

Lucette Bypass Tub Slider This Lucette slider with Obscure glass was installed over an older cast iron tub. The gold, anodized aluminum hardware used for all Lucettes is the highest quality finish available. Unlike other manufacturers you will never see mill marks or extrusion lines on any of our products.

L-1627 Chrome

Angled Shower Enclosure From the Lucette line, this door with a fixed angled panel is but one example of the over 50 types of polished extrusions available. The style of this unit is very popular on Cape Cod-style second floors.

Glasscrafters Door and Panel 1/2” Glasscrafters enclosures like these make use of their revolutionary glass-to-glass hinge system to expand design options and reduce prices. For layouts where a door must be hinged off a sidelite, CCS turns to Glasscrafters to produce an enclosure more sturdy and reliable than many competing manufacturers.

This shower takes the gold for luxury! The inline panel was notched to accommodate the bench seat, and all hardware was sourced to match the lavish rain heads and grab bar.

Framed Door and Panel Shower – Satin Nickel

This framed door and panel from the Century Bathworks Lucette line is an inexpensive way to put your custom tile on full display. Equipped with an upgraded c-pull handle, this shower enclosure solidifies the fun and funky style of the bathroom.

Glasscrafters – Brass Corner

Minimal metal hardware was used on this Glasscrafters frameless shower enclosure. Instead of a header and wall channel, we substituted a corner clip and wall clip respectively.

GAP 1632 –Oil-rubbed Bronze Corner

This distinctive oil-rubbed bronze frameless shower enclosure is laid out with inline panels of even widths flanking the door. This was an effective choice that makes a remarkable enclosure.

Frameless Glass-to-Glass Corner Enclosure This is precisely what the frameless movement is all about! This corner unit has a low profile buttress channel, 2 sleek glass-to-glass hinges, and the subtle 6” c-pull as the only metallic hardware, leaving the glass and tile work as the main focal points of the enclosure.

CH 1631-B Gold

Semi-Frameless Corner Enclosure Many customers find this economical Centec corner unit to be a suitable alternative to higher priced frameless enclosures. The 6” c-pull is an inexpensive upgrade that lends a more contemporary look to the unit.

Two Sided Enclosure in a Tight Space With proper planning at the beginning of this project, CCS worked with the designer to optimize the space in this bathroom. As you can see, we were able to comfortably fit a large tub and shower into a formerly cramped space. The notched return panel accommodates the utilitarian storage area above the tub.

Chrome Corner Enclosure You’ll never have the blues getting into this elegant enclosure each morning. The vibrant, brick-like tiling and the rustic patchwork floor truly enhance this simple Glasstec corner unit.

GP 1631-B Polished Chrome

Large, Heavy Brass Corner Enclosure This 1/2” solid brass enclosure is sturdy and spacious! It has mitered edges where the door strikes the panel. The walls, sill, and bench seat are all corian, one of the cleanest and easiest to maintain surfaces in the industry. The absence of grout joints means there is nowhere for mold and mildew to collect.

Spacious Corner Enclosure The use of earth-toned slate is set off by the minimalist satin nickel framing. We used a small panel abutting the return panel to push the door towards the center of the unit to allow easier access to the shower controls and better aesthetic balance up front.

GAP 1631 N – Chrome

Frameless Corner Shower This basic corner enclosure has a notch with an approximately 3” setback on the front inline panel. When notching a panel to meet a buttressed panel, we require a minimum setback of 3/4”. In this case we went back a bit further to incorporate the ledge into a handy shelf.

Centec CTX – Satin NickelCorner Tub Sliding Bypass Shower

The satin nickel sliding Centec units are universally eye-catching. This beauty was installed with a return panel around a soaking tub, separating it from the toilet. This sets off the bathing space a cozy compartment in and of itself.

GAP 1632 NN – Chrome

Double Notched Corner Shower This side view doesn’t do justice to the intricacy of the design. The front face is a slim stationary panel, the door, and a double notched inline panel to accommodate the bench seat and the ledge, where it meets the return panel.

Glasscrafters – Polished Chrome

1/2” Corner Shower With Sand Blasting This Glasscrafters enclosure has several bells and whistles. First, by using 1/2” glass, elaborate designs like this can be accomplished without a header. Second, we had a striking wave pattern sand-blasted around the entire unit. Third, give the handle a solid look: it’s a beautiful 8” acrylic handle from CHMI, one of our favorite accessories.

Lucette

Lucette – Framed Obscure Glass Corner Enclosure This is a simple, cost-effective model for renovations on a budget. The Lucette line is superior to similar product lines in home improvement mega-stores due to the hardware and framing being more meticulously sourced and produced. This particular unit is fitted with the popular obscure glass.

GP 1628-N Polished Chrome

Stone and Marble Steam Shower With Bench Fantastically intriguing stone work on the interior is elegantly framed with flat marble on this ½” mitered glass unit. A steam transom can be seen inset the right panel. This is a smart upgrade for steam equipped enclosures.

Steam Shower With Multiple Body Sprays This display features a pivot hinge system fit for a steam upgrade on 3/8” glass. Note the abundance of strategically placed body sprays. If still feeling unclean after a session in this unit, a trip to the car wash may be in order!

For shower openings wider than 40 inches, some customers prefer a panel-door-panel application over a door and panel shower enclosure. The symmetry options of a panel-door-panel are on display with this unit.

CHMI Frameless Panel-Door-Panel

Fully Frameless Glass-to Glass Pivot Shower. This ½" frameless shower enclosure with CHMI hinges is low on metal and high on curb appeal! Overall, the shower is very clean and modern looking, thanks in large part to the glass-to-glass pivot hinges. Glass-to-glass pivot hinges eliminate the need for a stabilizing header above the unit.

Notched Panel Bench Seat Enclosure

This expansive enclosure has the mitered glass upgrade, which eliminates the use of vinyl seals on either side of the door. The charcoal tiling is an excellent complement to the satin nickel finish. Note the bench seat and multiple body sprays.

Door With Two Buttressed Panels This enclosure has matching marble knee walls abutting both sides of the door. The handle is an upgraded c-pull/towel bar combo. This a good design for showing off intricate tile work and heavy frameless glass equally.

Tub With Glass Door This is a unique application of the Glasstec line: opting for a frameless door system rather than a framed unit or slider for a tub. The Highline handle is a chic, contemporary upgrade.

Elegant Golden Shower The gold hardware on this panel/door/panel enclosure remarkably complements the soft pastel yellows of the walls and detailed brown marble within the shower. Note the use of a back-to-back towel bar as a handle in lieu of a 6” c-pull.

The light and breezy bathroom looks like an uplifting space to start the morning. The green detail tile is accentuated by this fully frameless shower enclosure with glass-to-glass pivot hinges at the very top and bottom - no metal left to right!

This is about as minimal as it gets hardware-wise with this configuration. We used glass-to-glass pivot hinges at the top of the unit to eliminate the header. Also, we opted for a single glass-to-wall clamp on the stationary panels instead of two. Minimizing the shower hardware allows the tile and lighting to stand out.

Obscure Frameless Shower

Washington Nationals fans: welcome to the bowels of the stadium! Whether you cheer or jeer their calls, umpires need to clean up just like the rest of us. This frameless shower in the umpire's quarters uses obscure acid-etched glass in a panel-door-panel layout.

Rustic Oil Rubbed Bronze Shower

This is a gorgeous space with rustic tile. The tones of the tile marry perfectly with the oil rubbed bronze shower hardware, including glass-to-glass pivot hinges at the top. A header on this unit would've been criminal, so the glass-to-glass hinges allowed us to open the unit up.

Even “frameless” sliding shower systems usually have metal wall jambs and a drip ledge, but not the Hydroslide. A revolutionary, truly frameless slider, the Hydroslide has one stationary panel and one sliding panel. The hardware is sleek and modern, and there are no wall jambs or bulky headers competing for attention. It’s a great way to show off custom tile work and a taste for contemporary décor. Sometimes certain materials just work together. Take the Hydroslide and the cherry tile panel in this bathtub for example. Something about this picture just looks perfect, like everything’s in its right place. The homeowner wanted a subtle, modern shower system for her custom bathroom, and the Hydroslide certainly fits the bill. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. This is the only picture in our portfolio that isn’t a shower we actually installed. It’s a promotional picture for the Hydroslide that caused us to immediately fall in love with the product line and see its great potential. Since then we’ve had great success installing it, as its modern flair fills a woefully underserviced sector of the shower industry. Hydroslide Contemporary Sliding Shower - Brushed Nickel

Great for spaces with little or no room for a frameless shower enclosure with a swing door, the Hydroslide is a handsome unit with great adaptability. We fabricated this unit with a notched panel to accommodate the tub deck, and unlike standard bypass sliders, the Hydroslide doesn’t have a metal corner post to break the line of sight. Exquisite! Here’s a close up view of the Hydroslide hardware system. So what’s all the fuss about? Start with a slim, rounded track that stabilizes the stationary glass with through-the-glass offsets instead of a bulky header. The Hydroslide incorporates the glass as part of its functional design instead of having the glass “fit into” pre-fabricated hardware. Second, the roller system is truly one-of-a-kind, concealed within the rounded track with only sleek clips exposed to move the sliding portion. This spacious frameless enclosure is the ultimate two-person shower. It’s truly a place to relax and unwind, containing two shower heads and two bench seats. It is unquestionably the centerpiece of this luxury bathroom.

2/3 Corner Neo Angle This enclosure is but one aspect of the feng shui ensemble in this space. Framing a cavernous corner shower, it maximizes usable space while providing ample room for architectural ornaments like the inset shelving with the vase and the bench step where the tub begins.

Floor to Ceiling Steam Neo Angle This tall neo angle has an extra inline panel adjacent to the door and a 2/3 buttressed panel on the left. It’s equipped with a flip transom to regulate steam, a combination towel bar/c-pull handle, and an excellent view of the 42” plasma television across the room.

Seven Panel Neo Angle Shower This custom neo angle accounts for approximately 225° of this octagonal enclosure. Set dead center to the master bedroom entrance, the unit itself has more square footage than some modest bathrooms. The two panels adjacent to the door are narrow notched panels, an ideal design for ambitious neo angle projects of this nature.

Two Person Neo Angle Enclosure Romantics and water conservationists alike can appreciate the practicality of an enclosure equipped with dual shower heads. This spacious unit has bench seat with a base that slopes inward to increase floor space.

Elaborate Steam Neo Angle This highly complex step down enclosure has classic elegance and cutting edge technology. Made of 1/2” glass with a solid brass hinge system, it is equipped with a digital steam function and programmable, pulsating body sprays. The swivel transom above the center panel allows steam to escape as desired.

Custom Corner Neo Angle This Neo Angle has an additional inline panel to accommodate its corner position. The Frosted glass upgrade diffuses the light from the large window within and adds a light, airy feel to the bathroom space.

Custom Octagon Neo Angle Enclosure This unit is strikingly similar to the previous enclosure in design. It takes up slightly less space and has corresponding bench seats adjacent to the shower head and body spray. It is the aesthetic and functional center of the room.

Double Notched Neo Angle Steam Shower This neo angle with two notched wing panels is a floor to ceiling application to make full use of the state of the art steam function. Due to its height, there is a fixed transom above the door. The glass-to-glass clips, adjoining both panels to the transom , negate the need for wall clips, allowing for a clean, siliconed look.

Corner Neo Angle With Header Frameless enclosures are ideal for tying in the marble or tile work within a shower to the marble or tile work in the rest of a bathroom. This unit accomplishes just that and also serves to put the array of shower accessories on display.

Large Custom Neo Angle Shower This enclosure has a peculiar layout: a 6” wing panel, a stationary panel beside the door, and an enormous notched neo angle return panel. The shower hardware and the fixtures within are all in oil rubbed bronze. This was a difficult installation, but the result speaks for itself.

Steam Shower With Swivel Transom This acid etched 1/2” enclosure has chrome plated solid brass hinges. The swivel transom is a nice upgrade for those who desire a degree of control over steam within the unit. Click here for a close-up of the transom.

GP 1669 Chrome

Large Neo Angle Steam Shower This plated brass enclosure in 1/2” glass needed to be as eye-catching as the array of hardware and custom lighting within. The floor to ceiling neo angle with notched wing panels exceeded the customers expectations and instantly became the focal point of an already elegant space.

GAP 1627 – Chrome

The dimmable halo lights in this shower enclosure immediately establish a comfortable atmosphere for basking in steam. The owner opted for a 6 inch traditional or “spindle” handle to match other traditional hardware in the bathroom.

This panel-door-notched panel steam enclosure makes this shower space a real gem! There is an operable transom to regulate steam in this tall shower enclosure. The seamless glass enhances the openness of the room.

This ultra-chic steam unit has a modern, European aesthetic. The dark tiles on both sides of the shower are enhanced by the clear glass with minimal hardware. Note the steam vent, or transom, and c-pull towel bar combination handle upgrades.
